PERSONAL PARADE is not just a business; we are people, buddies, and pals in the fashion industry. And that’s how we deal with everything. You can easily contact us, or we will contact you if any delivery or return issue occurs. 

So, delivery is simple; choosing lovely pieces is much more challenging. But when you have found something you can’t live without, be sure the delivery will not take too long, and we offer free express shipping on all orders above 250. And as a Ukrainian brand with facilities in Turkey, orders within these two countries are completely free! Delivery to Ukraine now takes 7-10 days. 

Dispatch for now from Izmir, Türkiye. 

Generally, we dispatch orders the morning after you place them. Guys from DHL Express or FedEx will deliver it in 1-2 days to European destinations and 2-4 days to North America, and 5-6 days to Australia and Oceania. Yep, that’s how fast and furious we are. 

During high-demand periods, when everyone wants to buy everything, it may take us a bit longer to dispatch the order, but in this case, we will contact you directly and let you know the estimated date. 

Once the order is dispatched, we consider it yours, so check your email for the tracking link, follow the updates, and please don’t hesitate to pick it up when delivered or choose the preferred date and time. 

To make this waiting a bit more pleasant, we often add surprises to your order, so if DHL contacts you to confirm your payment, contact us to receive the original DHL invoice. 

If you change your mind and don’t want to get the pieces you ordered, DHL will send them back to us. We will refund you everything except for the delivery and return costs. 

And if we are talking about returns now, they happen, yes. Personal Parade stands for sustainability, so before returning your order, consider presenting it to your friends and lovers. PP is always a good idea and looks beautiful in holiday wrapping and on sexy bodies. 

If you decide to return it anyway, we will happily take it within 14 days of the delivery date. 

First, let us know via hello@personalparade.com about your decision, and we will provide you with a return number to use when you send it back.

After your return number is created, you can choose between two options to return your items. The first is to use our pre-printed DHL or FEDEX label. This will cost €20, we will use the refundable sum on your behalf. The second option is to use your own trusted delivery service and make the payment yourself. 

Once the return package is shipped, please, make sure to email us providing the link to the tracking information. This is important to ensure both you and our team are aware of the delivery status to prevent the package from being lost.

Please make sure the merchandise you return is in its original condition, with tags and packaging. Otherwise, we will be unable to accept your return and issue a refund.

Unfortunately, shipping, customs and duties charges are not refundable. And you can return full-price items only; sales and outlet pieces can not be returned. 

If you were entitled to free delivery and placed an order over 250 and now want to return it, we will have to charge you a €15 delivery fee and 10 for partial return of the order accordingly.

For Australia and Oceania, the shipping cost is €25 for orders less than €200. €15 for orders between €200 and €300. Free for orders over €300.

Additional charges:

Make sure to know everything about additional charges in your country because after placing the order all additional taxes and fees applied in your country will be at your expense. 

As we know, no additional charges are possible in the USA and Australia regions.

In the EU, they may apply differently in every state. But anyway, in most cases, all these issues are settled very fast and automatically. 

And we cover all taxes on EU orders over €300.
